Miscellaneous Information

Sun cover
There will be adequate cover for those adverse to the sun in the form of marquees and the clubhouse will also be available to the public.

Toilet facilities
There are two sets of toilets. One in the clubhouse and in the building on the flat area, near the Secretary’s office. There are disabled toilets available. On days of high attendance there will also be extra portable toilets provided.

Food and beverage
Catering vans will be located on the flat area near the parade ring. The bar will be within the clubhouse. You are welcome to bring along your picnic lunches if you wish.
